HELLO JUNEAU  💙

Thank you for your interest in Sweet Spot Studio! We are so excited for the opportunity to join this wonderful community and bring our love of baking and pastry education to Southeast Alaska.

THE PLAN

Our new studio will be located at 611 W Willoughby Ave, Juneau, AK 99801, the former Nano’s Grill. We’ll be returning to Juneau in late Q1 to begin the build-out of the space. Our goal is to open ahead of tourist season so we can give a preview for what locals can expect after cruise season but our exact opening date is still TBD.

WHAT WE OFFER

Chef Jossie Lukacik is a master in sourdough, cookie decorating, and cake decorating. She is an experienced and passionate instructor. We have hundreds of baking and decorating classes in Charlotte we hope to bring to Juneau. Our Charlotte location does not sell baked goods but we think Juneau will be a good fit for a small storefront so everybody can stop by and choose from a rotating selection of sweet and savory treats. We expect our offerings to vary depending on the season and hope to provide and enjoyable experience for tourists and locals alike.
